Using evidence-based approaches to nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, holistic wellness, and, most importantly, lasting behavior improvement and positive habit formation, we help interrupt the vicious cycle of your patients coming back without having made lifestyle improvements and their general condition gradually worsening. We help your patients first adopt better self-care practices and eventually turn their practices into habits so they come back to you in gradually better general condition and increasingly empowered. This is usually very exciting for everyone involved.
Our team of wellness professionals is led by Jason Gootman. Jason did his training as a wellness coach at the Mayo Clinic, and he’s a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. He’s also a certified nutritionist and certified exercise physiologist. The core of his training is in the psychology of lasting behavior improvement and positive habit formation. We primarily use motivational interviewing, and we provide people with a great deal of accountability, guidance, and support.
